In the summer of 2023, I attended the California State Summer School of the Arts, where I was recognized as a California Arts Scholar and received the Governor's Medallion, the highest distinction in California for artistically talented students.

Since then, I have been integrating poetry and creativity into as much of my life as possible. Whether in just 15 minutes, or 15 weeks, I invite you into the symbols of my life, and what it means for me to care about something.
